A more valuable proposal - Zhou Xu (Order Service Department). Zhou Xu of the Order Service Department is based on his position and is deeply involved in details. The "System AI Agent Batch Adjustment of Customer Order Cutoff Time Plan" he submitted focused on core pain points and fit the business reality, creating greater practical value in this event. This solution uses AI to break through the previous limitations of batch adjustment of customer order cut-off time, which can only be manually modified item by item or relied on back-end operations by R&D personnel. It enables business personnel to directly issue instructions to complete the automatic update and verification of batch data, eliminating the need for cross-department technology collaboration. Verified by data: The order cut-off time adjustment for 200 customers was shortened from the original 1.67 hours to less than 3 minutes, which reduced the time by more than 97%, and at the same time reduced the manual operation error rate to 0.
