In the midsummer of July, everything is lush and green. Baoshi Fulfillment’s 2026 team building trip started as scheduled. More than 20 partners and some family members set out from Shanghai and embarked on the Qinggan-Gansu small loop route known as "the most beautiful scenery in the northwest". During the six-day and five-night journey, they passed through lakes, grasslands, snow-capped mountains and Danxia, measuring the magnificent mountains and rivers with their footsteps, and gathering the strength of the team together.
This team building is based on the theme of "gathering together to travel to the mountains and seas". We are equipped with professional tour guides and buses for the entire journey. We stay in a four-diamond quality hotel and enjoy authentic northwest food. It is not only a natural journey to relax the body and mind, but also a team practice to focus on.
From the coast of the East China Sea to the northwest plateau, rush to an appointment with mountains and rivers
On the evening of July 2, after finishing their work, the partners of Baoshi Fulfillment gathered at Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and boarded the flight to Lanzhou with anticipation and excitement. From a prosperous city to an important town in the northwest, a voyage spanning more than 2,000 kilometers officially kicked off this team building. After arriving in Lanzhou, the warm evening breeze of the Yellow River washed away the fatigue of the journey. Everyone felt the unique charm of this golden city in the night and was full of expectations for the next trip.
In the early morning of the next day, the team took a bus from Lanzhou and officially started the journey through the Qinghai-Gansu Small Ring Line. Arrive at Qinghai Lake Erlangjian Scenic Area. In Qinghai Lake in July, the water is as blue as a gem, the rapeseed fields on the lakeside are in golden bloom, the blue sky and white clouds are reflected on the clear lake surface, the water and sky are the same color, and it is so beautiful. The friends strolled by the lake, stopped to take photos, or closed their eyes to feel the breeze of the plateau. By the holy lake with an altitude of more than 3,000 meters, they relieved themselves of the stress and fatigue of daily work.
Mirror of the Sky, Meet the Purity and Dream of Chaka
In the afternoon, the motorcade continued westbound and rushed to Chaka Salt Lake, which is known as the "Mirror of the Sky". The white salt flats stretch as far as the eye can see, and the calm lake reflects the clouds in the sky and the outline of distant mountains like a mirror.
Walking on the Salt Bridge, it feels like you are between heaven and earth, and it is difficult to distinguish between reality and reality. Everyone stepped onto the lake one after another and recorded this dreamlike moment with their cameras. The laughter and laughter echoed in the empty salt lake. We stayed in Chaka Town that night. The climb in altitude and the day's travels did not dampen everyone's enthusiasm. We sat around tasting local specialties and sharing what we saw and felt during the day. The team atmosphere became more harmonious.
Traveling through the Qilian Mountains and encountering colorful Danxia
On the third day of the journey, the team set off from Chaka and headed for Qilian Zhuoer Mountain, known as "Little Switzerland of the East". The scenery changes constantly along the way, from the Gobi desert to the grassland oasis, and the scenery outside the window slowly unfolds like a flowing scroll.
When we arrived at Zhuoer Mountain, the afternoon sunshine was just right. The red sandstone and green grassland were stacked and intertwined. The smoke-filled villages at the foot of the mountain contrasted with the continuous snow-capped mountains in the distance. The friends climbed up the wooden plank road and had a panoramic view of the entire Qilian scenery. With the mountain breeze blowing in the face and the greenery everywhere, everyone couldn't help but marvel at the miraculous craftsmanship of nature. They also encouraged and supported each other during the climb, showing a tacit understanding of the team.
On the fourth day, the convoy rushed to Zhangye Colorful Danxia - this is the more shocking natural wonder in this trip. Standing on the viewing platform and looking around, thousands of cliffs and mountains show bright red and reddish brown, layer upon layer, colorful, like a palette that God has overturned.
Under the sunlight, the mountain has clear texture, strong colors and majestic momentum. Everyone walked through the various observation decks and appreciated this geological miracle from different angles. Some of them used their cameras to capture the magnificent moment, while others stood quietly and felt the majesty and magnificence accumulated over the years. The magnificence of Danxia landform not only shocked everyone's vision, but also made everyone deeply appreciate the power of nature and the vastness of life.
Among the grassland and the sea of flowers, there is also warmth on the way home.
On the fifth day of the trip, the team set off from Zhangye and spent most of the day in the vast Qilian Prairie. The grassland in July is at its peak, with rolling greenery stretching to the sky, white sheep scattered like pearls on the meadow, and Gangshika Snow Peak looming in the clouds and mist in the distance, holy and magnificent. As soon as we got off the bus, everyone was deeply attracted by the vastness and freshness in front of us, and couldn't wait to plunge into the embrace of the grassland.
The partners dispersed in twos and threes, experiencing the rich and interesting activities on the grassland: some people stepped on the horses, strolled leisurely under the guidance of the herdsmen, and felt the heroic spirit of riding the horses and whips; some people bent their bows and arrows, aimed at the bull's-eye to try their skills, and experienced the traditional skills of the grassland people; others drove go-karts and galloped on the grassland track, with the wind whistling past their ears, which was refreshing.
Many partners put on colorful Tibetan costumes, including shawls, Tibetan robes, and headdresses. They took pictures of unique ethnic customs under the blue sky and white clouds and among the green grass and flowers. There are also cute and cute little lambs on the grassland. Everyone rushes to feed and take photos. The docile lamb is nestled next to them. The healing scene makes everyone smile. The grassland echoed with cheers, laughter and the sound of horse hooves. Everyone was enjoying the freedom and joy away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
In the afternoon, the motorcade passed through the Menyuan Flower Sea. Tens of thousands of acres of rapeseed flowers were in full bloom, just like a golden carpet paved on the earth. Everyone drove by and took this splendor into the memory of the journey. In the evening, the team returned to Lanzhou, drawing a successful conclusion to the circular tour.
Slow time in Jincheng, return home with delicious food
On the last day, everyone had a relaxing and comfortable free time in Lanzhou. In the morning, the friends may stroll along the banks of the Yellow River and feel the weight of the mother river; or they may wander through the streets and alleys of the city to experience the customs of the northwest. At noon, everyone gathered to taste the famous Chuntai hand-caught mutton - the meat is fresh and tender, fat but not greasy. It is paired with the authentic sweet egg milk tea, which is sour, sweet and refreshing, and leaves a fragrant mouthful.
A special meal that greatly satisfies everyone's taste buds. After the meal, everyone went together to purchase local specialties. They filled their bags with beef jerky, wolfberry, lily, apricot peel tea and other Northwest delicacies, and took the beauty of the Northwest home with them. That night, the team took a flight back to Shanghai, and the six-day and five-night Qinggan team-building trip officially came to an end.

From the blue of Qinghai Lake to the purity of Chaka Salt Lake, from the green of Zhuoer Mountain to the splendor of colorful Danxia, from the vastness of Qilian Grassland to the splendor of Menyuan Flower Sea, the partners of Baoshi Fulfillment are heading west all the way, connecting every scene on the Qinggan Line with their footsteps. This is not only a trip to enjoy the great rivers and mountains of the motherland, but also a journey to unite the strength of the team.

Just as the theme of this team building "Gathering together to travel to the mountains and seas" implies - the mountains and rivers are far away, but we are not afraid of the distance because we are walking together; the future is long, but we can look forward to it because of our strength.
